First-of-its kind comprehensive Community-Based Care Curriculum
This first-of-its kind comprehensive Community-Based Care curriculum represents a direct, long-term investment into the CBC nursing workforce.
“For nurses who are interested in, or already practicing in, the field of community-based care, our hope is that these modules provide a clear entry point and pathway into a long and fulfilling career in this field,” says Cynthia McDaniel MSN RN, NurseLearn founder and CEO.
“Through our Enhanced Program for CBC nurses, we have already seen just how valuable and effective these modules have been, both for the professional growth of participating nurses and for the facilities they bring their knowledge back to,” McDaniel adds.
The Standard Program is made free to all Oregon-licensed nurses and CBC administrators through the support of the Oregon Department of Human Services’ Office of Aging and People with Disabilities as part of an initiative to strengthen Oregon’s community-based care settings.
“With administrators also gaining access to these learning modules, I see a unique opportunity for nurses and administrators to join forces in order to implement positive changes in their facility’s systems and workflow,” says McDaniel.
Nurses and administrators can visit nurselearn.com/odhs to register for the Standard Program.
