Participants receive 1:1 mentorship, coaching, and support from experienced community-based nurses, both with courses and in their practice.
CBC Nurse Connect is a private, professional community platform that enables Enhanced Program participants to engage with CBC peers and experts.
Participants are invited to attend private monthly guest lectures from thought leaders and experts in healthcare and community-based care nursing.
TA Sessions with CBC leaders compliment topics covered in courses, and include real-world case studies that put the topic into practice.
Get access to valuable resources relevant to their practice, including assessment and communication forms, planning guidelines, sample service plans, and more.
Participants connect with us at community-based care conferences and tradeshows, where NurseLearn organizes meet-ups and casual gatherings to engage with participants face-to-face.
