Our growing catalog of CBC courses make up a comprehensive CBC-focused curriculum that are competency-based, interactive and culturally informed.
Participants in the Enhanced Program receive 1:1 mentorship, coaching, and support from experienced community-based nurses, both with the courses and in their practice.
CBC Nurse Connect is a private, professional community platform that enables Enhanced Program participants to engage with CBC peers and experts.
Participants attend private monthly guest lectures from thought leaders in healthcare and community-based care nursing.
Monthly Technical Assistance Sessions offer webinars with CBC leaders that compliment topics covered in the courses and are followed by real-world case studies that put the topic into practice.
Enhanced Program participants get access to valuable resources relevant to their practice, including assessment and communication forms, planning guidelines, sample service plans, and more.
Participants connect with us at community-based care conferences and tradeshows, where NurseLearn organizes meet-ups and casual gatherings to engage with participants face-to-face.
